I wondered if this might be the "Height of Land" which MRM keeps mentioning, but it turns out it isn't. Height of Land is past the road that we turned onto to see moose. And supposedly, it's even more spectacular than this. I can't wait!

Tuesday, 8/7/07 Rangeley Lakes Lookout
After driving by the lookout point three times already, Marty pulled over. Apparently, I'd been drooling each time we drove by, so she stopped so I could actually see it. Wow. What a view, eh? The signs told stories from the Golden Days of the area with grand hotels and fly fishing guides. Very cool.
